Trade in Sudostroitelny Bank's unconvertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds with obligatory centralized safe-keeping of series 01 starts on 28 July 2006 at MICEX. The bond issue took place on 06 July 2006. Sudostroitelny Bank's bonded debt at nominal value amounts to 1.5 billion rubles, the circulation period is 3 years. The issuer set up coupon rates for the 1st year of circulation at the interest rate of 10%, effective yield of annual offer – 10.78% of interest rate.
After the expiration of the period given by the regulatory documents and time-limits of the Exchange Sudostroitelny Bank is planning to give an application for the bonds to be listed. Most likely it will be A 1 list.

Banque de Commerce et de Placements (Switzerland) set interbank crediting limits in favour of Sudostroitelny Bank in the amount of 4 million Swiss francs and opened FOREX trading line for 3 million Swiss francs (to perform spots, forwards and swaps with settlements). Besides, Banque de Commerce et de Placements (Switzerland) set trade finance limit for 2.5 million Swiss francs. In accordance with this agreement BCP will act as the guarantor of Sudostroitelny Bank in respect of LC, LG and/or SBLC with deferred payment of 180 days.

In accordance with IAS Sudostroitelny Bank's profit for the year 2005 exceeded 480 million rubles which is twice as much as in 2004. The Bank's assets for the year 2005 increased by 22% and were equal to 21.7 billion rubles, the capital rose by 14.6% up to 3.75 billion rubles due to the complete capitalization of the earnings. As a result, the return on assets (ROA) increased from 1.55% up to 2.43% (with regard to average annual assets). The return on equity (ROE) reached 13.7% (cf. 7.85% in the previous year).
